ON-GOING NEEDS:
Event Hosting: Carol Johnson or 408.268.5150. Contact her for activity ideas or a desire to host an event.
Sunday Snack Pack: Come join us by bringing snacks a few Sundays per year. We enjoy serving the group and welcome you to sign up on the class clipboard.
Brunch Preparation Help: Kathy Harry or 650.903.0862. Brunch helpers on Saturday: usually for a couple of hours, 3-5 p.m. We visit as we work chopping, mixing, simmering and putting together the Sunday brunch. Many hands makes the work faster and easier, so the more the merrier! Working together is a great way to get to know each other. Brunch helpers on Sunday mornings: I also need a couple of people to help with the final preparations (usually 10:30 - 12:15 p.m.), and of course we need help with clean-up on Sunday.
Prayer & Care Ministry: Debbie Reif or 650.854.3354. Our Singles Together Care Ministry is a “Resource On Call” for members in our Singles Together community who have special needs. We are looking for people who can give rides to doctor appointments, visit and perhaps bring a meal to people who are convalescing at home, help with simple home repairs, provide computer advice/help, etc. There are many opportunities to serve each other. If you can help provide these services from time to time, please fill out a yellow ROC card on the activity table at Singles Together.
